**What areas do you service?                                        "ALL ABOUT PETS! services the Carlisle, Mechanicsburg, Upper and Lower Allen Townships, Monroe Township, Dillsburg, Camp Hill, Grantham and New Cumberland area.

Are you bonded and insured?   Yes we are, upon request we can provide proof of bonding and insurance.

How much notice for cancellation do you need?    12 hours

Do I have to sign a contract?  Yes, we need a signed statement that you agree to let us into your home to care for your animals as well as making you aware of our policies/procedures.

How am I billed and when is it due?  Payment in full should be made at the first visit and checks should be made out to "All About Pets".   Payment for regular daily visits are due the first day of the week in advance of visits.  This means 1 week prepaid for regular daily walks.

Do you have references?  Yes, "ALL ABOUT PETS!" can provide you with a list of satisfied clients.

Do you do group walks?   NO, we do not do group walks.  We believe in giving your pets our individual attention.

How long have you been in business?  "ALL ABOUT PETS!" began in August of 2004.  "ALL ABOUT PETS! was previously "Your Pets R My Pets!"  Same great service with a different business name.

Is there an extra cost for holidays?  Yes, an additional 20.00 per holiday

Why a meet and greet?  We want everyone to get acquainted and for the pet and owner to feel comfortable with us and our service.  We will share our policies and procedures at that time so that you will feel comfortable when leaving your pets in our care!
